After 92 minutes executive session, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki has led his colleagues to the House of Representatives for a joint emergency closed door session.
Senators had by 11am moved into a closed session that lasted for 92 minutes.
It was immediately after the closed door session by 11:33 that they left for the House of Reps' chamber for the joint executive session.
No reason was given for the joint session.
Our correspondent reports that the session is holding days after suspects arrested in connection with Offa, Kwara state Armed Robbery case implicated Saraki.
The Police had yesterday cancelled the invitation of Saraki and gave him 48 hours to respond to the allegations leveled against him.
