A Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified the decision of the Senate suspending Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.
Justice
Nnamdi Dimgba on Thursday held that the assembly did not adhere to the
due process of the law in suspending Omo-Agege for 90 days.
Justice
Dimgba ruled that the action of the Senate suspending the senator was
carried out while the matter was pending before the court.
