Ibrahim Idris embarrassed hims self and the Nigerian Police when he could not deliver a coherent written speech by himself when he visited Kano to commission the police technical intelligence unit in Kano State. He had to be help by another personnel. Some have refused to believe the authenticity of the tape saying it is doctored. But please explain the man that came to his aid at the end of the clip.
